Return Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we love making them. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Herbs ‘N Lather purchase, we realize there are times when you may need to return a product.  For product returns, please review the information below:

·  Returns must be made within 10 days of your receipt date for a refund.

·  Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund.

·  We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

·  Please note on the packing slip the reason for your return.

·  Please mail your hnllimited.com return to:

·  You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded unless you'vd received damaged or defective merchandise (see Damaged and Defective Products Policy).

·  Please make sure to record your tracking number.  We cannot issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

·  All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

·  Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving your item.

·  Please allow at least two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

·  Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

 

Only items purchased on hnllimited.com may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from hnllimited.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Herbs ‘N Lather products.

Damaged and Defective Products:
We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is damaged or defective.  If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below:

·  We accept exchanges on items purchased on hnllimited.com only up to 10 days after the original purchase.

·  Please email Ro@herbsnlather.com within 2 days of receiving your package if there is any damage or defect. 

·  DO NOT throw out packaging or the product in question.  We will need you to provide pictures of the shipping box as well as the damaged item.  We cannot assist with issues/concerns if the product is no longer in your possession.

·  Please mail your hnllimited.com return to:

If you find that we mis-shipped an item, please let us know right away so we can fulfill your order correctly.  You may be requested to send a picture of the incorrect item as well as the packing list.

Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.
